Who we are looking for

  • Knowledge of sourcing, recruitment, selection, training, labor contracts in Netherlands.
  • Knowledge of business strategic planning, budget and resource allocation, HR & leadership techniques and coordination of people.
  • Provide full attention span to what other duckies are saying, taking the time to understand the points made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
  • Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work and identifying the best people for the available jobs at Saleduck.
  • Liaise between departments and the teams to improve communication and efficiency.
  • Be aware of others' reactions and understanding why they react as they do to avoid and resolve potential conflicts.

Responsibilities

  • Representing Saleduck at industry, university and other HR related events.
  • Liaise between departments and teams to improve function or communication.
  • Sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, selecting, hiring, and promoting employees at Saleduck through multiple channels (email, phone, social, interviews, personal appraisals).
  • Using relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations, or standards.
  • Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork.
  • Fostering an all around positive and great work environment for everyone to learn, develop, grow and thrive.
  • Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree within HRM or Psychology
  • Native English
  • The Burgerlijk Wetboek (Books 6-7)
  • EU Labor law

Preferred Skills not required

  •   Dutch
  •   European internship regulations

Interested?

The position is available starting January 2017 full-time 40 hours a week. The position will be filled as soon as a suitable candidate is found. The compensation depends on the applicant credentials and abilities.
